The Vaccar ACR uses state of the art technology to achieve a compact, ultra reliable unit featuring a unique Digital Milk Sensing System. The accuracy of this system usually means that the Vaccar ACR requires no further adjustment to the sensing system from the factory settings, making installation and use, quick and reliable. If adjustments are required to meet specific milking requirements these are very simply achieved.

 

The simple controller can be positioned for easy use. Pressing the start button engages automatic milking, simply press the manual button and you can take control. A series of indicator lights show the milker how the ACR is operating.

 

ACR Milk Flow Sensor

 

The simple sensor design means the whole system can, in most cases, be easily fitted in a day with the full instructions supplied. The Vaccar ACR system is available for both high or low level installation and is compatible with Direct to Line or Glass Recorder Jar systems.

 

The milk sensor acts as a vacuum shut off to the cluster as well as sensing the end of milk flow. This makes the Vaccar ACR unit very cost effective as no extra shut-off valve is needed.

 

 

The addition of a milk transfer tap and 2 servo diaphragm valves allows the Vaccar ACR to be installed on a recorder jar milking plant.

 

This system has 3 settings, which are:

 

- Milk with Automatic transfer

- Milk hold and sample

- Wash

 

 

The power unit supplied with the system enables the operator to set all the Milking Clusters to the Wash cycle with the flick of a single switch. Clusters can be set into the Wash cycle individually using the Wash control button on the keypad. This can be very useful on a large plant if the milker wishes to wash the clusters and attach the jetters as the units come off the last cows in the milking.
