The Control Box

Vacuum instability can be a major cause of health problems in the high performance milking herds of today. Vaccar 8 channel pulsation control makes a major contribution to ensuring even and low peak vacuum demand. Keeping the vacuum demand low helps maintain a good level of vacuum reserve and minimises vacuum fluctuations within the milking system. Heartbeat pulsation makes sure at times of high milk flow the vacuum remains very stable at the claw. This in turn ensures the system milks the cow quickly, cleanly and most importantly, gently. What will be noticed by the operator is how quiet the system is in operation helping to create a very pleasant environment.

The Pulsator

The pulsation relays are very robust with few moving parts thus ensuring a long working life. If a relay is contaminated by dirt they can be very easily stripped down for cleaning to regain maximum performance. The in-built robustness means that in the very arduous conditions of a milking parlour, they will withstand the normal cleaning operations used every day to maintain hygiene standards

Simplicity

Easily adjusted pulsation rate and ratio means that the Heartbeat system is compatible with any make of liner and shell combination; normally set for a 63/37 ratio at 58 pulses per minute. With the help of a pulsation analyser a wide range of settings can be made by the simple turn of an adjuster.
